Labeling Tools

The key to staying organized is having clear structure that allows everyone in the household to know where particular items belong. The tools below are my favorites for quick and beautiful label creation.

Brother p-touch Label Maker

I grab my label maker almost daily if not weekly. These are relatively inexpensive, run on batteries and have a variety of tape styles that can help make it look more upscale. Don’t forget the label tape!

Brother P-Touch Label Tape

I primarily use clear tape, white tape or black tape for most of my labeling with the P-touch. You can edit fonts, size and more to create a unique style for your home.

Cricut Joy - Vinyl Label Maker

I loved the look of vinyl labels but I wasn’t confident in my skills yet so I started with the Cricut Joy. It is a small, affordable option that still gives me the ability to make stylish labels that add more design control than the Brother P-Touch. They have an easy to use app that allows you to make labels quickly.

Bins clips for label placement

These are great for labeling products that don’t have an even space to add your label. These come with a chalk markers for quick labels. This set is black plastic but there are also black or white metal options as well.
